We are pleased to announce that Polaris Energy Nicaragua, S.A. (“PENSA”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Polaris Infrastructure that owns and operates the San Jacinto geothermal plant, has been certified as a “Great Place to Work – Central America” for 2017.

PENSA participated in a survey conducted by the Great Place to Work organization, which includes 5 main competencies that evaluate a company’s culture, labour and organizational performance as a whole. These competencies are Credibility, Respect, Impartiality, Pride and Fellowship. Employees complete a set of 250+ questions that evaluate the company’s policies with respect to employee development, training, leadership and communication.
